Started in 1991 as Coffee Exchange, we have now become established as one of the countries most trusted and respected wholesalers of speciality coffees, teas, chocolate, coffee machines and barista training.

Over the years our awareness and appreciation of good coffee, tea and chocolate and our passion and dedication to getting it right has been intrinsic to our success. Our mission is to provide such quality products and service that our customers never need look for an alternative supplier. This mission has helped us to become something more than just a supplier. We help new customers get started with advice and training on how to set up their coffee shop and we help existing customers improve their business and increase their sales with coffee knowledge and specialist barista training. And we always go the extra mile to give our customers the high level of service they need and deserve.

We are a family run business with an ethical and professional ethos. Many of our products are fairly and ethically traded with some accredited by Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance and the Tea Partnership. We have visited coffee farms across the world to improve our knowledge of coffee farming and the quality and consistency of our coffees.

We enjoy being involved with other forward thinkers within the industry so that we can remain at the cutting edge of café culture as it develops. We are involved in the Speciality Coffee Association of Europe where we help to judge the UK Barista Championships. Our dedication to the progression of good quality within the beverage industry is such that we were founder members of the Beverage Service Association and David is currently the Chairman. We are also part of the committee for the Best Beverage Awards where we help to judge the quality of coffees and coffee shops across the country.
