Rombouts
Rombouts still slowly roast all of their coffee beans for around 18 minutes. They avoid modern roasting techniques which take a fraction of the time as they believe traditional slow roasting gives coffees a better, more fully rounded flavour.

It may take a little longer but we believe it tastes a lot better!
